By creating an account on tuntung, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Deposits and Payment Methods on tuntung

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits post instantly in most cases. Your first deposit requires KYC verification; subsequent deposits skip this step. tuntung does not charge deposit fees. Any charges you see come from your bank or payment provider, not from us. We log every deposit with a timestamp, transaction ID, and amount. Your deposit balance integrates across all tuntung games—slots, live tables, and sportsbooks—under one unified account.

Withdrawals and Settlement

You may withdraw funds from your tuntung account at any time. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks to detect fraud. Bank transfers may take until the next business day.

tuntung does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges come from your receiving bank or e-wallet provider. You do not need to withdraw to the same payment method you deposited from; we support cross-method withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed during the withdrawal process.

If a withdrawal is reversed or declined by your bank or e-wallet, we will credit your tuntung balance with the amount within 24 hours. Funds are returned to your tuntung account, not your original payment source.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in jurisdictions where tuntung operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of tuntung are subject to our dispute resolution process described above. By accepting these terms, you agree to this process and waive the right to pursue legal action outside this framework, except where mandatory law does not permit such waiver.
